As your coach, I will be actively guiding you through a process of reconnecting with yourself vs having open-ended therapy sessions without a specific process or goal. Inside, you’ll journey alongside other women in a supportive space where you will get the understanding and tools you need to own your power and use your voice.

Unlike my other offering, Reconnection Rescue, this program is designed for any woman to be able to do on her own. Mother/Daughter duos are welcome, but here the focus will be on your relationship with yourself and not on your relationship with each other.
