Safety In Sisterhood
A Therapeutic Group for Black Moms with a Mother Wound
Heal Your Mother Wound, Reclaim Your Parenting Journey
As a Black mom, you know the heartache of mothering through a mother wound. The version of parenting you received left you feeling isolated, misunderstood, and unsure of how to break the cycle. But you're determined to do things differently - to be the parent you've always longed for.
The truth is, your desire to parent in a way that brings healing and wholeness is not only possible, but necessary. It's time to step out of the shadows and into the light of a community that understands your struggles and celebrates your courage.
"Here's a secret: Reclaiming your parenting journey is possible when you have the support and guidance of a licensed therapist and a sisterhood of moms who've been in your shoes."
You've tried to fix this on your own, googling endlessly and making the same mistakes. But the consequences of continuing down this path are clear:
Feeling perpetually exhausted
and overwhelmed
Carrying the weight of generational trauma,
unsure of how to heal
Struggling to forge a deep,
authentic connection with your children
But it doesn't have to be this way.
The truth is, the very thing holding you back from the parenting experience you desire is the belief that you have to do it alone.
It's time to step into
